Dave Jessep

Despite having spent over 16 years in the accounting industry, Dave still loves coming into the office everyday and his enthusiasm never falters. He always knew that he wanted to create an accountancy firm with a difference, so in 2006 off he set to embark on the creation of DJCA; an accounting firm quite unlike any other.

As you’d expect, Dave is a member of ICAEW and NZICA. However, what really makes him stand out from the crowd is his ability to identify strategies and goals for clients from a diverse range of industries, helping each of them to implement business structures and plan their finances regardless of the size of the business.

Dave loves a good game of rugby, having played hooker for the Marlborough Boy’s College Rugby Team where he won the Matthews Cup for Most Outstanding Player ahead of Anton Oliver – a fact that apparently, never gets old. Nowadays though he tends to stick to running, or you might find him biking with his kids, as well as sharing in the standard djca ‘foodie’ mentally of course.
